RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

RETURNS FOR ORDERS PLACED AT KATESPADE.CO.UK/EUR

complete the returns section of the original packing slip.
pack the item securely in the original package (whenever possible).
enclose the returns portion of the original packing slip with the item. be sure to keep a copy of the packing slip for your records.
attach the free pre-paid return label that you received with your packing slip.

  • we cannot accept c.o.d deliveries.
  • you will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 14 days of receiving your returned product
  • if you elect to return items to us via a carrier not covered by our free returns label you are free to do so at your own risk and cost. we do recommend that you use ups or an insured parcel carrier for your return. ship the return package to:

note the tracking number from your return to ensure that the package arrives at the warehouse.

you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you receive the goods. however, the cancellation right does not apply to fragrances or cosmetics/beauty items, unless they remain sealed within their original packaging and any protective liners have not been removed.

to cancel an order, you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel, for example by using the model withdrawal form sent to you as part of the order confirmation or by informing us in writing. if you use this option, we will email you to confirm that we have received your cancellation. you can let us know of your decision to cancel by letter to Order Cancellations, Kate Spade New York or email to customer_care@katespade.eu. if you inform us by writing, you must include your order number, the goods ordered, date of order, date of receipt of order, your name, your address, your signature, the date, and state unequivocally that you give notice that you withdraw from the contract of sale. to meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your decision to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT A KATE SPADE NEW YORK RETAIL SHOP

kate spade new york shops in europe only accept returns from orders shipped within europe from katespade.co.uk/eur. complete the returns section of the original packing slip and bring that with you to the shop.
take the item and original packing slip to any kate spade retail shop. find the nearest kate spade new york retail shop by using our store locator.
the shop associate will help you to exchange your purchase or to process your return and issue you a full refund. please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
kate spade new york by lenox items may only be returned to our online store. these items may not be returned to our kate spade new york retail shops.

PayPal orders cannot be refunded at a kate spade new york specialty store, for a full refund you will need to return your purchase to our online warehouse. PayPal orders may be exchanged at a kate spade new york specialty store for the price paid for the item with proof of purchase.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

price adjustments will be honored within 7 days of the original purchase date and will be refunded in the original form of payment. to receive a price adjustment for eligible items, call us our customer care team.
