we’ve partnered with crisis text line to provide crisis counseling for essential medical workers protecting our communities right now. the kate spade new york foundation has donated $100,000 in seed funding to this cause. you can sign up to volunteer here.
katespade.co.uk and our social channels remain open 24/7, and our customer support team is always available to answer any questions. our distribution centre remains open, with additional health and safety measures in place which as a result, means our online orders are currently experiencing delays. our partners at DPD continue to work hard to get your orders to you quickly and safely. we recommend staying up-to-date by checking the tracking link included in your shipping confirmation.
we’re also extending our returns policies during this time. online purchases made after 1 march 2020 may be returned within 60 days of purchase. in-store purchases made after 1 march 2020 may be exchanged or return within 30 days of our stores reopening.
