the below instructions are for orders placed on 
1. complete the returns section of the original packing slip that was included with your order (if you misplaced your label, call us on 0800 240 4320* and we’ll be happy to help) 
2. pack the item securely, include any original packaging and dust bags and enclose the returns portion of the packing slip inside your parcel 
3. take your return to a local DPD Pickup Shop, you can find your local parcel shop here: 
4. keep a record of your return tracking number or proof of return receipt
5. alternatively please contact our customer care team who will arrange collection of your return.

note the tracking number from your return to ensure that the package arrives at the warehouse.

receiving your refund

you will receive an email once your return has been receive and processed. please note it can take up to 14 working days for your order to be received at our warehouse. a refund will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase within 14 working days of us receiving your returned product.

if you wish to return items to us via a carrier not covered by our free returns label, you are free to do so at your own risk and cost. we do recommend that you use an insured carrier for your return.

returns at a kate spade new york retail shop

kate spade new york specialty shops in the united kingdom will accept returns or exchanges from orders shipped from 
1. complete the returns section of the original packing slip, without the slip an in store return cannot be processed 
2. take the item and original packing slip to any kate spade retail shop. find the nearest kate spade new york retail shop by using our store locator
3.our store associates will help you to exchange or return your purchase. please allow 14 working days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. 
refunds will be made back to the original card used to purchase, if the original card is not present you will be refunded via store gift card. paypal orders cannot be refunded at a kate spade new york specialty store, to be refunded into your paypal account, you will need to return your purchase to our online warehouse. paypal orders may be exchanged at a kate spade new york specialty store for the price paid for the item with proof of purchase.

price adjustments

for eligible items, we will honor price adjustments for purchases made within 7 days of our first markdown. unfortunately we are unable to offer price adjustments for further markdowns or promotions on sale items.
