I contacted the Niagara outlet and spoke to Lloyd. I ask him about a specific bag I wanted. Originally, I wanted this bag in a different color but he was able to find out if it was available in any location but later determined it was sold. Even though I couldn't get that specific color, Lloyd was still able to show me other ones that he had available at his location. I picked the black one which I still love and im super happy with. Amazing quality! I was concerned about how long it would take for it to be delivered but Lloyd was able to make sure it was shipped right away. I fully recommend it, I purchase 3 handbags for a wedding, and I ended using this one, its classy, clean image and very nice looking, I just love it, I paired it with a sky-blue and white ensemble and trust me it was so lovely, cant have enough words to tell you that I truly love tis bag lol. Note, A little small, just whats needed is what you can carry in. (As everything else can stay in my car :)

I love this bag! Great everyday fall crossbody. Neutral color, durable. Gold chain can be worn over front of bag to make it dressier or left on the back to keep it low key. Being a mini crossbody, it really only holds my credit cards and phone, but that’s all I need when I’m out.
