The perfect loafers! Kate Spade brand never disappoints!

If I could give these shoes a negative five rating I would. I purchased the bone color at North Park in Dallas, Texas about 3 weeks ago. Not suspecting to have any issues as my daughter and I are avid fans of Kate Spade line and Frances Valentine I bought these shoes and hurried home to plan outfits around them. After the first spin in them for a few hours I noticed scuff marks on the inside of the shoes and was immediately alarmed but thought I could just buff them out. However before I could do that I needed to wear them again. Throwing caution to the wind I took them for another spin around town only to see the scuff marks accumulating. It was becoming obvious these black marks were coming from the heels of the shoes when I crossed my feet when sitting (the royal protocol for female members of the firm). I took the shoes to two cobblers, one is Deno's of Highland Park, the guru of shoe/purse/belt repair in Dallas. Both cobblers said the shoes were ruined and that the heels should have been finished in a product that would not transfer to other surfaces, especially since the shoes were patent leather.This is very upsetting considering the price tag was $200 +.
